- 연구실.초소형기전공학연구실
본 연구실에서는 수십 마이크론, 혹은 그 이하 크기의 기계-전자 소자, 기계-생체 소자 등의 제조 공정 개발 및 소자 응용을 연구하고 있다. 최근 nanotechnology 분야에 지대한 관심이 모아지면서 많은 nanofabrication 기술이 절실히 요구되는 바, MEMS 공정기술과 더불어 새로운 nanofabrication 공정개발과 그것의 적용분야를 연구 중이다. 최근, 마이크로/나노 표면처리 기술과 그 것의 다양한 산업분야로의 응용, MEMS 기반의 가속도계와 촉각센서 관련 연구에 매진하고 있으며 생물학과 화학분야로의 응용을 목적으로는, 미세유체 기반의 미세입자/세포의 조작 기술과 뇌혈관질환 치료를 위한 기기를 개발 중이다. 또한, 개발된 다양한 기술의 이전을 통한 산학연계 활동도 활발히 진행되고 있다.
