- Lab.MEMS & NANO TECHNOLOGY Laboratory
Our lab is researching the development and application of manufacturing processes for mechanical-electronic devices, mechanical-bio devices, etc. of several tens of microns or less. Recently, a lot of nanofabrication technology is desperately required as a lot of interest in the nanotechnology field is gathered. In addition to MEMS process technology, new nanofabrication process development and its application are being studied. Recently, micro/nano surface treatment technology and its application to various industrial fields, MEMS-based accelerometer and tactile sensor-related research are being devoted. For the purpose of application to biology and chemistry, microfluidic-based microparticles/cells It is developing a device for the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases and manipulation technology. In addition, industry-academia cooperation activities are actively progressing through the transfer of various developed technologies.
