- Lab.Brain-Robot-Artificial Intelligence Intergrated System Lab
Our lab aims to understand the complex interactions among the human brain, nerves, and body, and apply this knowledge to robotic systems. Through this, we seek to develop technologies that enable AI and robots to interact naturally with the physical world and collaborate with humans. Focusing on Physical AI, our main research areas integrate reinforcement learning, soft robotics, and brain-inspired sensing technologies to realize the next generation of intelligent, adaptive, and human-friendly robotic systems.
MAJOR RESEARCH ACHIEVEMENTS
- Development of an ultra-sensitive crack-based sensor inspired by spider sensory organs
- Demonstration a wing deformation sensor inspired by mechanoreceptors in flying insect can control the attitude and airflow of a flapping drone
- Development of devices for wireless monitoring and analysis system of human bio-signals.
