Our research focuses on the development of soft-material-based biosensors and their evolution into Physical AI sensors that establish direct interfaces with neural and biological systems. These sensors are designed to physically interact with biological environments and neural tissues, enabling robust and seamless detection of mechanical stimuli and physiological signals. By integrating such sensors into mechanical systems, we aim to realize neural–mechanical interfaces and intelligent machines capable of active perception and interaction with the physical environment.
